Adamawa Election: Acting Governor cleared By Party Appeal Committee

Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Governorship Appeal Screening Panel has cleared the Acting Governor of Adamawa State, Alhaji Umar Fintiri, to take part in its forth-coming governorship primary in the state.
Fintiri got the clearance on Sunday after the appeal panel examined the complaint he lodged after his disqualification by the Screening Committee headed by Sen. Ibrahim Mantu on Saturday.
Screening committee had earlier disqualified Fintiri while relying on petition against him that he registered with All Progressive Party, APC. He will now join Nuhu Ribadu, Buba Marwa and other eleven aspirants for the governorship ticket of PDP.
